...AND A FANCY DRESSER
I won't bore you with petty things like the fact that I finished seventh in my high school class or spoke at graduation.
HEEEEEEEERE'S PAUL...
From an early age, I l oved entertaining. I hosted the "Paul Minda Tonight Show" as a fund raiser in high school. I even had a second banana who laughed at everything I said.
ON THE SHOULDERS OF GIANTS
This is from one of my first Radio gigs in Pennsylvania. The promotion director thought it would be fun for the disc jockeys to race elephants when the circus came to town. I'm the really frightened one on the far right. I didn't sign up to be an "Elephant Jockey"! By the way, my elephant came in third.
LEADING ACTOR
Of all the plays I performed in, I have the fondest memories of Summer and Smoke. I got to kiss three different actresses. Tough job...
AND THE WINNER ISN'T....
Nominated for a New England Emmy. I didn't win that day either.
CAMELOT
Both my wife and best friend cheat on me. Bummer.
BUT I PLAYED HAMLET....
I hosted a movie program on Local TV. Viewers could win money on gerbil races during commercial breaks. ...Upstaged by kids, puppies and cute gerbils.
WHY THE LONG FACE?
Why would they cast me as Frankenstein? Was it the bolts that I was born with?
